At STELLA & GRACE ELEGANCE, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund under the terms outlined below.

  • Refund Processing Time: Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

 


Please note that sale items, gift cards, and final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.


 

2. Order Cancellations

 


Because we process orders automatically to ensure quick delivery, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check all details (including color, size, and shipping address) before confirming your order.


 

3. Return Conditions

 


To qualify for a return:

 

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not due to our error will not be accepted

 


 

4. How to Start a Return

  2. Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization with detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package

    Repack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and the return authorization form inside.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Use a reliable carrier with tracking. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

5. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

 


 

6. Exchanges

 


We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will ship a replacement free of charge

  • If a replacement is unavailable or defective again, you’ll receive a full refund
